Flame-retardant technology and application demonstration of multi-layer solid wood composite floor

At present, the domestic and foreign markets have become more and more profound in the importance of flame retardant materials. The traditional flame-retardant solid wood composite floor preparation technology is based on "impregnation method". The flame-retardant substances used in this technology are easy to cause problems such as reduced bonding properties and physical and mechanical properties, moisture absorption and frost return, metal corrosion, etc., and there are shortcomings such as complex treatment process and low production efficiency. The product developed in this project is an environmentally friendly flame-retardant solid wood composite floor. An open refractory solid wood composite floor is prepared based on transparent UV-curable flame retardant coating, which effectively solves the problem of flame retardancy and decorative interaction.
1. Main features and technical indicators
(1) The development of flame retardant UV coating products is based on the flame retardant system of hybrid phosphate ester, nano-halloite and nano-boron nitride and polyphosphate ester through transesterification reaction to prepare inorganic particles of hybrid phosphate halloite, to build a transparent expansion flame retardant system.
(2) wear-resistant and high-hardness UV-curable flame retardant coating, the hybrid phosphate ester flame retardant system and UV-curable polyurethane modified acrylic ester are combined to prepare transparent UV-curable flame retardant coating. The wear resistance and hardness of the flame retardant coating were improved by adding multi-functional silica microspheres.
(3) The sanding process is eliminated, the process uses low-concentration paint roller coating, and the double brush machine and leveling machine are added between the roll coating machine and the dryer, wherein the double brush machine can make the flame retardant paint dip into the interior of the wood pores combined with the leveling machine, and the sanding process can be eliminated.
(4) When the coating amount reaches 95 g/m², the carbonization distance is further shortened, and the flame extinguishment time is shortened by 804 s and 385 s compared with the floor with the coating amount of 50g/m² and 75g/m², respectively, to achieve the flame retardant effect.
(5) The water resistance test results of the coating amount showed that after soaking in 70℃ water for 2h, the floor samples with three different coating amounts showed whiteness only at the edges and surface gullies, and no film stripping occurred.
2. Social and economic benefits and market prospects
Hybrid efficient flame retardant UV solid wood composite floor preparation technology new achievements identified as the international leader, built to multi-layer solid wood composite flame retardant floor 1 production demonstration line, can achieve an increase in product output value of more than 70 million yuan, an annual interest rate of more than 9 million yuan, is expected to produce direct economic benefits of about 50 million yuan in 5 years. At present, the industry is setting off a boom of door and wall cabinet integration, integrated wallboard and other products continue to penetrate into the field of architectural decoration. According to the requirements of GB 50222, the flame retardant grade of paving materials in residential and public places needs to reach B1 level. The product is mainly used for paving materials in home and public places, especially in the field of high-end decoration. Because the open coating process is realized, the pores of natural wood grain are retained, the texture is highlighted, and it can also be used as a wall decoration material to achieve the integrated decorative effect of wall and ground. Due to the improved flame retardant performance of the product, it can be applied to the wall decoration field with higher requirements for combustion performance.
