After the manufacturer of the floor construction came to the site to inspect, they said that they had not found this problem before. After preliminary investigation and research, the reasons are as follows:

(1) The paint-free back cover of the 11-layer solid wood flooring is uneven and of poor quality, so that the carbon black edge is neat. The control and test methods of the manufacturer's products before leaving the factory should be implemented in accordance with the GB/ T15036.2-2001 specification, and the composite standard requirements. The above procedure is repeated four times to ensure that the floor does not change color in the heat change. The manufacturer did not provide the test report in accordance with the WB/ T15036.2-2001 standard in time, so the material defect of the solid wood composite floor is the main contradiction.

(2) The moisture-proof film under the floor is not glued with 60mm tape or the moisture-proof film is damaged, and the hot air with water vapor directly contacts the solid wood composite floor from the gap, resulting in a blackish color like carbon.

(3) The concrete protective layer above the floor heating PP-R pipe is locally too thin, and the hot gas with water vapor after heating is directly in contact with the floor, and after a few days, the blackened solid wood composite floor is gradually reflected in the color like carbon.

(4) The floor heating of the 3-story sun shed floor was constructed in late September 2014, the moisture in the concrete has not been excluded, and the drying degree of the concrete has not reached the requirement of less than 20%.

According to Article 5.5 of the WB/ T1017-2002 acceptance Code, the blue (black) is calculated according to the area, and each piece ≤10% should be replaced.
