Wood flooring is mainly used for interior decoration, which has the characteristics of beauty, texture and environmental protection, but it also has the shortcomings of easy shrinkage, easy expansion and easy deformation. Therefore, the use effect and life of wood flooring depends more on the level of paving, which requires us to comply with scientific installation procedures and methods in the construction process of wood flooring. By learning the new standard, I summarized the following several Wood Floor construction control points.

During the construction, the base ground should be cleaned up, there should be no gravel, floating ash and other debris, the base should not be sand, no skin, no empty drum and smooth and dense, the flatness should not exceed 3mm, if it does not meet the requirements, it should be repaired or made self-leveling ground;

When it is a cement base, the base surface should be hard, smooth, clean, sand free, and the surface moisture content should not exceed 8%;

The moisture-proof film should be laid flat, without folds, and should be overlapped between two pieces of each other and sealed with tape.

When the Solid Wood Floor needs to set wood keels, the size, spacing and fixing method of the wood keel should meet the design requirements. The keel should be fixed firmly, the surface should be flat and straight, not crooked, and a 30mm gap should be left between the wall.

The floor should be laid from one side of the room, and the board joints can be reinforced and fixed with adhesives. The joint of two adjacent rows of plates shall be staggered not less than 30cm from each other. A large area of ground paving should be provided with expansion joints.

A gap of 8mm-12mm should be left between the wood floor surface and the wall. When the solid wood composite floor is laid by empty laying method without keels, metal spring cards or wood wedges should be added in the gap, and the spacing is 25mm.

When laying a large area of solid wood composite floor layer, it should be laid in sections, and the treatment of segment joints should meet the design requirements. When the room area is greater than 60 square meters, expansion joints should be set up.

The boundary between the baseboard and the wood floor should be tight, no seams should be left, the baseboard fixed should be firm, smooth, straight, the surface should be smooth, the seam is tight, the height is consistent, the wall thickness is consistent; The connecting part with the wall can be treated with glue. When using solid wood skirting lines, the back of the skirting lines should be slotted and treated with anti-corrosion.

The wood floor covering around the pipeline should be cut in line, the laying should be dense and smooth, and the wood floor around the casing should be firm;

All materials should have complete quality certification documents, and according to the requirements of the standard sampling inspection;

Before large-scale construction, the sample shall be made according to the requirements and shall be accepted.
